Before Submitting
  • You must have a signed engagement agreement on file with LITICUS Legal Intelligence.
  • Submissions confirm you are an authorized legal professional submitting materials under attorney supervision.
  • Do not submit materials for matters not covered by an active engagement.
What to Include
  • Case name / matter identifier
  • Your name and firm
  • Brief description of the matter and analysis requested
  • All discovery materials, reports, statements, and A/V relevant to the engagement
How We Handle Your Materials
  • Encrypted transfer and storage
  • Per-matter isolation — your files are never commingled with other client matters
  • Chain-of-custody log maintained throughout
  • All materials deleted at matter close upon confirmation
